I for a new digitizer for my phone now it is back together. But there is a circle with a liting bolt showing and will not turn on? What's up

What kind of phone do you have, and how long have you had it? If it was under warranty and you attempted to fix it yourself, unfortunately that would result in the warranty being voided.
If your phone is overheating or if you do not feel safe using it, I would recommend powering it off and seeking out a new device.
