FYI best buy return policy does not include physically damaged phones. good luck, i had to turn away a guy who dropped his phone. sucks, but things happen.
What is the policy on the Best Buy Black Tie protection program? I know it was $9.99 per month and you had to have it charged to a credit or debit card each month.... It's a better solution than the $7.00 Sprint coverage but what if he went in and signed up for that before his 30 day return policy?
