Tried to push in lower left corner of screen, and LCD cracked...Options?

FYI best buy return policy does not include physically damaged phones. good luck, i had to turn away a guy who dropped his phone. sucks, but things happen.

What is the policy on the Best Buy Black Tie protection program? I know it was $9.99 per month and you had to have it charged to a credit or debit card each month.... It's a better solution than the $7.00 Sprint coverage but what if he went in and signed up for that before his 30 day return policy?

If the screen was lifting up it is a defective phone. If the separation of the glass is noticeable you could just tell them that is what probably caused the LCD to crack. Just don't tell them you were pushing on it. This would have most likely happened eventually if you pocket your phone anyway.

That would be my argument if it was my phone.
