Trojan detected in android! What should i do?

By mistake i have installed some apk on my phone and after the installtion the app didnt appear on my phone so i suspected it was a virus. And as expected after the virus scan it showed:

Malware: android-trojan/boosad.3b79b
Path: /data/app/net.flower.driver.climate.golden-1/base.apk

Ive gotten it removed but should i do a factory reset? Im clueless about this. Please help!!!!

Do not install anything with apk at the end unless you really know exactly what it is. Ever. Never. There are no accidents, you get prompted and warned repeatedly before things get installed.
If you removed it then you should be ok, but watch your phone for strange behaviours, screen lighting up for no apparent reason, more data usage, battery life shorter... These are give away signs...
Did I mention not installing things if you don't know what they are?

I would consider a reset to clear any files that may remain from removing the malicious app
