Trouble activating my ATT Home Base(ZTE-MF279)

[Android Central Question]

I've gotten to the point in the activation stage where you enter the SIM/ICCID & IMEI numbers several times I then tap CONTINUE, ERROR CODE: GA 205. What is this and how do I get past this point? Thanks,
