That crazy Sprint's customer service and support sucks they may be an issue with those HEMI that were issued from SAMSUNG and and I'm a little confused I've been on Sprint for about 16 years and you still need a SIM card for that phone to to work on Sprint network

SIM stands for subscriber identification module. It does not matter how long you're with any provider, it must be present.
