Trouble Copying from Moto X 2nd gen to Pixel 2

I'm having trouble copying from Moto X to Pixel 2. Can someone direct me to which cable I need? I've tried every cable I have and no luck

Are you trying to use an app, if so which one? What are you trying to copy? Have you tried directly copying using Bluetooth?

The only one I was using was the one that prompts you to use the Pixel 2 setup . I'm wondering if a need to change a setting in Moto X. I have not tried Bluetooth. I have no clue as how to go about it.
