Trouble installing cm7 mod

rooted and installed Xionia recovery.tried to install rom per instructions and did the install zip from sdcard and got this, E: Can't open /sdcard/update-cm-7.1.0.2-signed.zip (unknown error:0) installation aborted. Any help? Thank you, have not rebooted from this point yet.

You could try reinstalling the recovery mod or, redownloading the cm7 mod as it might be corrupt.

Sometimes if your battery is low your phone won't let you flash stuff either so that could also be the case but the download was probably corrupt like kahzuya said.

It was corrupted got it up and running now.Just a little scare new to this I guess I needed some excitement.
