Trouble Moving Apps to SD on Desire 530

I have just got a new HTC Desire 530 and the SD card is being picked up alright and letting me access pictures and songs etc I have on there.

I have now downloaded and updated all the apps I need to make this my main phone but I always move as many as possible to the SD card to save on as much internal memory as possible.

This time the option to move them isn't even showing, they are apps I know I can move as have always done so on HTC phones.

Any ideas or help that will allow me to get this done would be massively appreciated.

I was thinking of backing up my photos etc and formatting the SD card but I was hoping not as I haven't had to do that moving it between HTCs in the past.

If the developer disables "Move to SD card", you can't move them. You'd have to have the source code for the app (which you aren't going to get), you'd have to turn the "move" back on, then you'd have to recompile the app. (You don't save much space anyway - all you move are a lot of small pieces - and leave a link in internal storage for each piece. If a piece is small enough [smaller than a link], you lose storage space by moving it.)
