Trouble with keyboard/posting in certain forums

I've found that I can't get a keyboard to pop up when trying to post in certain forums. I am able to post in the Subject line, but the Message section doesn't display the keyboard.

This forum seems to work, but many others don't.

I'm running Vegan-Tab Ginger.

Any ideas?
