Hi everbody,

i'm new in your forums, hope i can find some help with my S5.

My S5 is freezing and it's boot again and again.... the only way to stop it, remove the accu. when the accu is full or it's charging there is no problem, no freezes or boots.

first, i think the accu was dead, so i tried a new accu. tried a new cable... it's the same problem. make a lot of hard resets, with and without sim and sd card. the problem is still there. when i run the camera app or something else (a game or so) the s5 runs and runs - there still no problems, but when the app or cam end, the phone freeze and boot again...

sorry for the bad english ;-)

hope here's anybody, who can help me.

Thanks. :-)

have you flashed the firmware.
If the problem still exist it might be the hardware problem. Give it to the nearest samsung service centre

Ready to help you

yeah, i flashed the firmware like you said with odin, then recovery boot with clear cache & factory.

ok, then i give the phone back to my provider.

:-(

unfortunately not :-(

after the procedure the phone run 5 minutes, then boot again, again ... never ending. and it was naked, installed no apps or something else.

Then may be a hardware problem, you should take your phone to samsung service centre.
Usually flashing will solve such issues..sorry :(
