Trouble with screen and color!!

My screen color is very different and sometimes will only show black except for the small buttons!
I've tried taking it out the battery plenty of times and it still hasn't gotten better. Any ideas why??? I can't do anything on my phone this way!
It's very slow too!:'(

Welcome to out dated technology. I have this phone as my now spare, replaced the digitiser multiple times LCD etc. Its a pain. Pro bit is the parts are dirt cheap.
