Troubleshooting otg support

[AC Question]

I have a problem with my TECNO H6 accepting external hardware. Initially I could browse an flash drive on an otg cable but after a factory reset that's not the case. For it to work again it's a must I first connect to a computer using USB cable. After some time it then fails. Please help me troubleshoot this. McLouth
