truble with GW4 and weareble app.

when i open my galaxy weareble app, it just goes black, or shuts down.. i have chatted with samsung some times, but htey always says to reset watch and network setting in the phone, and it works, well some times days other times hours..

the watch is working fine, and i get notifications, but i cant use the wearable app. when i turn of the watch the app opens normal.
 
This sounds like there might be another app interfering. When you reset the watch are you restoring all of the apps to the watch? I would try resetting it without installing all of the apps. I could be an app on your phone but it seems like it would still cause problems watch on or off. I'd try running the watch stock for longer than it has lasted after one of your resets to see if just having the basics works. It's probably easier to do without a watch app than it would be to start disabling apps on your phone. Speaking of which, what phone do you have? What apps are you using on your watch? Of course not every app but in general you can likely name at least an app or two that aren't main apps, maybe a little fringe. I have to ask, but all of your apps on the phone and watch are from places like the Play Store, Galaxy Store and Amazon, correct? Nothing from some random web store or online app site, correct?
