Do you trust buying a brand new N7 shipped and sold by Amazon?

My situation is buying a N7 on Black Friday for $250 from Office Depot, or buying the N7 from Amazon priced currently at $260.

At Office Depot I would have to pay tax, bringing the price over the Amazon price. Whereas at Amazon there is no tax and free shipping, meaning the price would be the flat $260...
I really am not sure what to do. Can I trust Amazon's N7's as being good, and not being possible rejects?

Why would you think Amazon would sell you a reject? I have never had an issue with them - and I bought my N7 from Amazon in September.

I bought a refurbed last summer from Amazon. It was advertised as a32 gig, but when I got it, it was a 16. Works perfectly and they gave me a substantial discount on it.

I'm buying new, not refurbished.

Amazon is probably the best online store out there, and their customer service is great. If there are problems, they will typically care of it to your satisfaction. Just make sure you read the product description carefully, and make sure it's clearly stated as being a brand new item. Keep all of your email communications, and remember to write down the name of any Amazon customer service rep that you might talk to in case there's a problem.
