Before I encrypt my device does anyone know for sure if trusted places can disable the lockscreen PIN if the s5 is encrypted?
In the past (note 2 and 3 on kitkat) it seems samsung had been more forceful than other manufacturers in always requiring a pin lockscreen if encrypted. Moto x will disable pin with trusted places though (and even with kitkat you could turn off the lockscreen pin while encrypted).
I just don't want to encrypt if I will never be able to disable the pin since un-encrypting requires a factory reset.
Thanks
