Trying no case on S21 Ultra

I am not a fan of cases but every time I go completely naked the phone eventually gets a cracked screen from some type of unexpected accident.

I found using a Rhinoshield bumper case is a good middle ground. Have something just on the edges keeps it from breaking on accidental drops.

I agree with having something to give you a former grip on the device. I love seeing my devices without a case - but I'm way too clumsy to ever let that happen! That's why I use clear cases for the most part, so I can still see the phone's back.

That's the same thing that I do. That way I'm able to see the colour of the phone's back whilst still protecting it and having something to make it less slippery.

tend to agree, what is the use of getting a phone with the colors you want and not be able to see it or show it off. With the exception of the current phone since it is black, my other phones always had a clear case or just a bumper with a lip for protection. When the back was plastic, they went naked. IMO, the glass backings is just too slippery for everyday use. It not just slippery to hold but it slides much easier across a table if bump.

Fortunately the s21 ultras back is almost like plastic but glass so there is more friction. I think it can go naked - at least if you are not clumsy

Well, that's the thing, it depends if there's a colour option you want.

My yellow S10e looked really good in a clear unicorn beetle with a purple bumper. But as nice as the murdered out S21 ultra is, my Aramid or leather Mous cases look at least as good.

Also, I actually find glossy glass easier to hold.

I use my phones without a case at home and office and with cases when I’m on the go and out the house
