I have an S10+ and have no issues. My new company will provide a new phone - anything I want within reason. I am interested in the S20+ because of the microSD card. I haven't decided if I will carry two phones - my personal and work, or one phone and use dual SIM cards so I have my personal and work numbers. Any recommendations on S20+ or S21+ or is it mostly preference?

Its all just preference. The S21 is the latest , but the S20 is still a great device. You can't go wrong with either IMO.

I have an S20 5G model with 12gb of RAM...... I think I might keep it as long as it is supported with updates.

They lost my support when they dropped the QHD screen on anything below the Ultra model.

Asus Zenfone 8 ticks all my boxes........except they left out wireless charging!!

I really don't like all these enormous screen phones.

I would go with the S20 series personally as the S21 series is a downgrade from the S20 honestly. The S21 Ultra might be pretty high end, but the regular S21 and S21+ are pretty lacking in terms of what the previous S20 series devices had. Sure, they're newer, but they cut corners every where they could pretty much with the non ultra versions. Only real advantage the S21/S21+ have is a newer processor IMO. That and the flat screens.

So for the regular S20 or S20+. Both are great.

I have the S20 and it is a good phone. The only thing with Samsung is the bloatware. I may go to a Pixel for my next phone.

I had an S21 Ultra and while it was a fantastic device, it was to big and heavy for my taste and size of my hands. Made it cumbersome to use at times and it didn't fit in a pocket well.

After returning it I had this same debate between the S21+ and S20+. I went with the S20+ due to more RAM, higher resolution screen and arguably a little better camera capability. I also liked that it was actually lighter than my Pixel 4XL but basically the same footprint. I don't need it but SD card support didn't hurt either. To me it's just a better value with some extra features at this point. It's still a great device that is highly capable with a great screen and great battery life.

I had a S20+ and got a regular S21. If your concern is SD card then you have to get a S20+. If you get a S21 you'll lose the MST Samsung pay thing which I miss most and SD slot. I thought the S20+ screen looked better, but it was just a bit too big and I really like the size of the regular S21 and the flat screen. Be aware 1 version of the regular S20 (I think its only on verizon?) has less ram and/or no SD card slot to make room for some other type of 5g and tends to be cheaper. You'd also be losing a year of software upgrades with the S20, the S21 series almost a year old now
