trying to do factory reset

i am trying to factory reset and my screen is stuck on a screen that states:

DOWNLOAD SPEED: FAST
PRODUCT NAME:SN-N920V
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
FAP LOCK: Off
Secure Download: Enabled
AP SWREV: B:3 K:0 S:1

i am stuck...

Are you sure you're going into Recovery Mode with the right buttons? Depending on your model, maybe the buttons you're pressing are taking you to Download mode, not Recovery (usually Volume up takes you to one, Volume down to the other).

And usually down is down-load. Makes it easier to remember. (One of the few things Samsung did right IMP.) So use the volume up button for recovery mode, and use the volume keys to go down the menu to reset.

Only guaranteed for Samsung. I know it doesn't do that on any phone that has an unlockable bootloader.
