Trying to get a Verizon note 5 to work on AT&T.

It is suppose to be unlock but when I put my sims card in it says it’s nit a Verizon sims and when I try to get the imei number on phone it says no network found or something like that. Can anyone help me so I can use it or did I just loose money?

Welcome to Android Central! To find the IMEI, go to Settings>About Phone. Then plug that into any IMEI checker site to see if the phone has been blacklisted.
