Trying to mirror Trek 2 tablet to Fire TV Stick

I have a Trek 2 tablet from AT & T running Android 6.0.1. I am able to see my Fire TV Stick in the Wifi but get an Authentication Problem when trying to connect. I have degregisterd the Fire TV Stick, registered to the same Amazon account that my device is logged into. Both the stick and tablet are connected to the same Wifi account.

Welcome to Android Central. I don't believe the Stick is setup for mirroring and will only accept input from Amazon. Have you checked with Amazon support?
