Trying to update my rooted Kitkat to Lollipop

Hi guys,

I want to update my phone to lollipop 5.1.1. but my phone is rooted. So I unrooted my phone and flashed 4.4.2 on my phone and tried to take an OTA update but it wouldnt let me. The message says that i've altered the software and therefore need to use Kies but Kies also wont let me update.
Is it safe to you just flash 5.1.1. on top of it? Or do i need to do anything special?

Please help.

You will need to use Odin to flash the ROM to your device. Make sure you get the correct ROM
