Trying to update, please help

I tried to update my sprint galaxy s4 and it keeps saying session in progress, I rebooted it and still the same, any ideas?

Just cancel the update and start from scratch. If the problem persists, you can try updating your device by using Samsung Kies.

i had such a problem once,
now just have the best internet connection probably a WiFi available
then click on the downloading notification
then there will appear the page from where you can cancel and re-start the downloading.
