I got a station to play called kroq but I don't think it's the right station... it played rock music tho... I just pronounced it k-rook instead of rock... I said "hey google, play k-rook fm" and it replies sure here's k-rock on tunein
That's another issue I've had. When I do get a station to play it's never the station I'm actually wanting. When I say 106.7, it plays a Mexican music station out of Oklahoma. When I say KROQ, it plays a station out of New York. That's fine and all but one of Googles tips is to add the city/state to the end. When I say 106.7 /KROQ L.A. (or Los Angeles) it can't locate it. The station plays fine on the tune in app and I can cast it to home with no issues.
I've tried contacting Google and they say it's tune in. When I talk to tune in they say it's Google. It's frustrating because I can't get a solid answer. It was the same with android auto when I was having issues. Google said it was Kenwood and vice versa. That was resolved with an Android auto update and I'm thinking the issue I'm having now will be fixed with a home update. I'd just like to get an answer out of someone since this was supposed to work from day one.
