Ok, I got this fancy new phone and realize that when its sitting on my QI (wireless) charger and it has 4 bars and all happy, but then I get a call. The 4 bars go 3..2..1... awfully fast after being on the call for like 20 seconds. Happens nearly every time and I tried it with 2 virtually different chargers (car/desk). Any ideas why this would happen? I lose the call all the time so now I have to take it off the charger to talk to someone with my Bluetooth earpiece.

Does this happen with any Qi charger? I would guess that the electromagnetic field generated by the wireless charging is interfering with the reception.

Seems to happen on every charger I tried. You would think they would take the magnetic field into account when placing the antenna or whatever. Anyone else have this issue? Its an expensive phone for a fault like this to creep up.

I replaced the form through Verizon warantee after they confirmed there was a problem and there was nothing that could be done. The result is:

1. It fixed the charging/loss of signal issue
2. It came loaded with Android 6 (Marshmallow) as an added bonus.

So anyone with this problem, contact Verizon right away while the phone is still under warantee!
