Turbo Charge not working on 1 but the other

Ok I have 2 5g Ace phones. Exact same 1 digit off on serial number. So I can plug one in to power and it will show turbo charging. Use same cord and block on the other and says charging slowly. I bought them same day, setup same day etc.

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure the USB port is clear of any debris. Use a can of compressed air to blow it out, and a dry toothbrush to scrub it.

Put the one that slips charge in safe mode see if shows fast charging.
