I lost my turbo charger. And where I live I can't get a new moto turbo charger. So what alternative can I use? Will the note 4 adaptive charger work just the same? Or anything else? Anybody having any knowledge about that?

I want just as fast charging time which I used to get from the turbo charger.

How come you cant get another turbo charger? If you want the same performance as the turbo charger you need to get one with the same specifications made by motorola. You can use a samsung charger but its not the same voltage.

You have a few options. First make sure any charger shows Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 on the charger and in description. I actually bought the Samsung Adaptive charger and that does not work for Turbo or other QC 2.0 phone (it just charges at 2.4 rather than the QC rate)

I ordered through ShopAndroid.com and Amazon separately a Qandix wall charger. I also bought 2 Choe car chargers that have 4 ports with the bottom port being QC 2.0. Choetech also has a multiport (50 Watt 6 port) wall charger with 2 ports both QC 2.0 (blue color shows the 2 QC 2.0.

There are other companies including Motorola of course to post the Turbo branded charger.

Do NOT order the Samsung ones or Adaptive chargers that work on Samsung phones and tablets as they are not the same as Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 chargers.

Sent using my Verizon Turbo charged 64GB Ballistic Nylon phone unfortunately with a case on back

Yes, there are lots of options out there, even car chargers, and most are less expensive than the Motorola one - available ion Amazon and elsewhere...just make sure they are Qualkcomm Quick Charge 2.0

Anker makes a good one that I use...Qualcomm 2.0 with 18 watts.

This helped a lot thank you so much. I live in Pakistan. Maybe you've heard of it. It's a beautiful country you should visit sometime. Anyways :D Motorola doesn't exist here. It used to but then it left. It's probably the only OEM that's not widely available here. So to answer my friend above, that's why I can't get a new one. I can import it but it takes a lot of time and requires a lot of money. Both which I don't have.

I'm very grateful for you to have answered my question because I WAS thinking of getting the Samsung fast charger. Thank God I didn't. I'll look for QC 2.0 branding and indication when I'll go looking for it. I'm currently using the Note 3 charger which takes almost 3.5 hours to charge the turbo. Sometimes more even.

Thank you for your help!
Cheers!
Do visit Pakistan!

I THINK it's a 5 volt charger.

While Qualcomm quick chargers do use standard 5V charging when they are not in quick charge mode, they use higher voltage for quick charging.

But, Rizwan has the answer he needs. It's awesome, by the way, that a Verizon exclusive device meant for the U.S. market works well in Pakistan. It hasn't always been that way...

Yes yes that's true. The Verizon exclusive phone works great for me and doesn't limit me in any way! Having the best time with this phone! :)

I think, for any high end phone, global support and frequency capability are an expectation. That's my opinion.
