TurboPower 25 stopped working

So I got my phone this week and everything was alright until the third day when my Motorola charger stopped charging my phone or at least turbocharging it so I don't know what I should do, Should I send it to them or just keep trying? The charger is intact and it has never gotten hit or fallen to the floor.

Re: Problema with the default charger

Why do you think it isn't turbocharging?

AMPHERE is a great app and will let you know if your charger is working or not. If not, contact Motorola for a replacement.

Is it this one?

Re: Problema with the default charger

I'm not sure what this means

It looks like the Moto charger is defective. My included turbocharger shows over 2200 ma when charging. The 950 ma is about right for a non-turbo charger.

A call or online chat with Moto is the next order of business. You can tell them you have tested their charger and it is only supplying 50ma, where other chargers supply almost 1 amp

Have you plugged in the Moto charger to your tablet to double check?

Also, when I have the Turbo charger hooked up it shows Turbo (charging) on the charge rate line. Yours shows Normal (charging). Curious as well, it shows USB charging instead of AC charging.

I'd contact Motorola about your issue.

It only shows charging... I haven't tried plugging it into my tablet but I will. When I get home

I had a similar problem with my Moto X Play. The Turbo charger was charging at normal rate. I switched the phone off & on and it started to work properly again. Worth a try.

I'm having the same issue. I've now used 2 Turbocharge 25 chargers and they're both no longer charging at all. I know that the previous Moto X came with the Turbocharge 15 charger. How does this compare? I need to replace mine but don't want another 25.

Also any thoughts on Turbocharge 15 vs another manufacturer?

Edit: Just saw the post above about quick charge accessories. I'll check that out also.
