Turn Off 4G?

Is there an option on this thing to turn off 4G and just use 3G? The only thing I see shuts off the mobile network completely. I'm not super familiar with Android, so maybe it's hidden somewhere that I'm not looking?

Settings--mobile networks--that should give the option to change it.. Not sure what device /software you have there...
