Turn off activity notifications

Is there any way to remove these "Great, you're staying active" notifications?

When I check my watch and see these, and I try to get out of them so I can USE my watch, they stay on the screen for up to 10 seconds or so and do NOT allow you to move off them with hitting the buttons or moving the bezel.

I have turned off everything with Samsung Health and more and just cannot get these to stop. Very annoying when I try to use my watch but am held hostage with these stupid notifications.

Yep. I am about to reset my watch and re-configure all the settings again. This is nuts. The notification pops up WAY too often. I have a dog and walk her every couple hours. I have a kid in virtual school and am constantly up and down helping him. I am not sitting in my chair for more than 15 mins or so at a time (unless I am on a call, and even then, I can be mobile). This thing must think I am the laziest person on the planet where I need to be reminded to move every 5 mins or so.

Oh well, let's see where this show goes!
