Turn Off ALL Vibration

After the Lollipop update yesterday, a ton of things suck now, and one of them is the phone vibrates whenever I plug it in to charge. All my vibration settings are on 0/none/never vibrate, but it's still vibrating when I plug it in. I can't find a setting to turn it off. Anyone know how to stop ALL vibrations in Lollipop? I don't care if it's permanent.

I think they replaced the stupid animation with the vibration. I can live with that. But I know what you mean that's the first thing I do with any phone is turn off vibrations. Except my texts.
