Turn off animations

I've seen several people post here that they turned off animations to speed up their phone. How does one do that?

How do I look at the picture you posted, from the app? It's too small and u haven't seen an option to enlarge it yet

I can see the three different animation scales. I guess I just set all three to off?

Turn on Developers Options by going into your Settings....About Phone....Software Information...then tap Build Number several times to turn on Developers Options. Then go back to your main Settings, and you will see Developers Options towards the bottom. Mine is just above Printer.
