Turn off Do Not Disturb by schedule after manually tuning it on.

On a Nokia 7.1 with Android 10: I have a schedule rule that says turn on DnD at 6:99 PM and off at 8:AM next day. That works OK.
If, after 6:00 PM, I need to wait for a call, I can manually turn off DnD by pulling down the notifications bar and tapping it.
Then, after I receive my call, I turn DnD back on the same way. In this case, it doesn't turn it off next morning at 8:00 AM

Looking through the settings I can see how this is happening but can't see a way to make it work the way you want it to, but I agree, if you turn on DND during a time when it would naturally be on because of a schedule it should resume that schedule and turn off the same way.

I just tried it myself with different settings to see if I could get it to resume and with the limited selection of options there doesn't seem to be any way to make it work. I thought maybe if you had two schedules running, so one from 21:00 to 05:30 and the other running 00:00 to 05:30 if you interrupted between 21:00 and 00:00 when 00:00 rolled around it would override and then click off at 05:30 but manually setting it seems to always override any schedule. Perhaps you could add the caller to the exception list. There are some third party apps on the Play Store also.
