Turn off Galaxy watch customize face screen

[Android Central Question]

Does anyone know how to turn off the long press that brings up the customize watch face screen on the Galaxy watch? I like have 'touch screen to wake up' turned on but any time I fold my arms, the customize face screen activates! Is it just a setting somewhere that I've missed? Thanks
