Turn off Google Photos

Since I'm using Onedrive to back up my photos how to I stop Google photos from backing up? I'm deleting pictures from the Google photos , but they are still on the phone because of Onedrive and I'm confusing myself.lol

Open the Photos app. Tap your account picture in the top right corner. Tap Settings. Tap Backup & Sync. Turn off the option.
