Turn off LED in Do Not Disturb mode

Is there a way to turn off the notification LED when the phone is in Do Not Disturb mode? On my Droid Turbo, when the phone is in Do Not Disturb mode, the active display (or whatever it's called) that essentially replaces a notification LED will not turn on when I receive a notification. On the 10, the LED still flashes and can be a bit distracting in a completely dark room.

On my old M7, that light was on max brightness when it was plugged in so it was even worse. After an update or two, they made it so the LED was a lot dimmer while plugged in. Still, I had to flip the phone on its face because it was still too noticeable for me in a completely dark room. I might have to do the same with the 10 if there's no way to turn it off in Do Not Disturb mode. Hopefully, they'll add that functionality in a future update.
