Turn off "Loss of Service/Verizon Wireless" voice notifications on my LG G3?

I work in a metal building, so several times a day, my new LG G3 phone yells "LOSS OF SERVICE," then "VERIZON WIRELESS" when it comes back. Sometimes it gets in a spot indoors where service is marginal and the phone keeps saying this over and over. I can't for the life of me figure out how to turn this off. I've looked all over the internet and finally somebody recently said you CANNOT turn it off, so I'm seriously hoping that is wrong. Can someone help before I fling this thing off the balcony?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accessibility--is TalkBack turned on?

Ok, try this. Go to Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Networks, and see if there is a setting for ERI (Enhanced Roaming Indicator). If so, turn it off.

I finally figured this one out for my LG G4 - Settings<Sound and notification<Sound Effects<Sound when roaming - this turns off the random "verizon wireless" when i'm walking through the grocery store AND also the "verizon wireless" when the phone rings (making or receiving calls).
