How do I turn off roaming on my Android 4g mobile

Welcome to the forums. What carrier do you have? It's possible the right instructions would depend on this. Just in case, try in settings - more - mobile networks - data roaming access.

For the LG G4 specifically, go to the phone settings, then tap the "More" option. In that screen, scroll to the networks section, then select "mobile networks." Select your roaming options from that screen.
