Turn off Shake feature?

Hi experts.

I have an Essential PH-1 and have just updated to Android 10.
I REALLY want to turn off the shake to wake option.
When I'm out on my bike the damn phone it lighting in every 30 seconds.
Please tell me there is a way to turn off to drastically turn down this feature.

Can't find that option on my awesome ESSENTIAL phone. Maybe its that lift to wake phone feature that is causing problems.

settings-system-gestures-lift to wake. That will shut that feature off.
