Turn off the voice when browsing in chrome?

Whenever im browsing in chrome a voice. States what page im on or what my search was for. How do i turn this off? I. Ant find a sdtting in chrome settings or android. Settings

Try Settings -> Accessibility -> Talkback

I thought that was the right setting. I already had that switched to "off". Must be a bug.

I got this problem too. After 4.2.2 updated it started happening when I installed light flow.
I uninstalled lightflow, chrome stopped talking to me. haha
