Turn off wifi internet search.

I have no problem printing from my phone with a wifi connection. I have a samsung j7 perx. I use my phone for the internet and use sidesync on my computer. When I connect to my home wifi network, my phone drops the cellular connection and looks for a connection on the wifi. The only way to print a web page is to save the page, then turn on wifi and print. That causes the cellular internet connection to drop. Is there a way to stop the phone looking for the internet on wifi and keep the cellular connection? I have brothers printer app and samsungs printer app. can print from both with wifi.
