"Turn on offline finding"

This notification is driving us crazy! 1 or 2 times a day on galaxy S10, galaxy S20.
We don't want to "turn off online finding" just want to get rid of the darn notification. Nothing seems to clear the notification. Help greatly appreciated!

Go to notification > see what app gave last notification and tap on it
