Installation was not to difficult but for the first try it was a little tricky. I accidently used to much water, resulting in some bubbles and flaws. The bubbles flatten out after several hours (maybe like 24 hours). It works with a case.. I'm using a Spigen Armor case and it doesn't affect the fitment. Comes with a front screen protector but I already have a glass screen protector on it. Pretty cool, will protect the glass from tiny scratches from dirt getting in-between the case and phone (just like the iPhone 4 problem). Let me know what you think.. it comes with front, back, all side bezels, and camera lens protector plus the installation kit. When I purchased it, it costed $17 shipped from Amazon ($12.95. plus $3.00 for shipping and then tax).

Verizon puts the IMEI sticker on the back. I have tried to remove it on three phones and it actually pulled up the glass coating.
