Turning HTC Incredible on...

Question....has anyone experienced seeing black lines quickly flash across the screen when turning the phone on? It happens on the very first screen - white screen displaying "htc incredible." I thought maybe it was my phone, but I got a new one and it does the same thing. Just wanna make sure I don't have a faulty device.

Nope, I just turned mine off and on. I get no such lines or blackness going across the nice white boot screen.

I had another droid user turn his off and back on.....black lines. They don't stay very long....more of a glitch appearance.
