turning off camera in lockscreen

Hey, my g5 seems to take pictures on its own.. it somehow opens and starts snapping pics from the lockscreen. How can I turn this feature off?

A similar thing happens with the quick memo app. I unlock the phone and its in draw mode with randomly drawn lines. I'd like that to end as well.
