Turning off stock keyboard

I've looked through the keyboard settings and haven't had any luck, but is there a way (on an un-rooted device) to turn off the "HTC Sense Input" and "Google voice typing" options in the pull-down text input method menu? I frequently switch between two keyboards, and sometimes it gets a little confusing with two extra, unwanted input options.

You are only able to do this with a rooted phone, either by deleting the stock keyboard or using Titanium Backup to freeze the stock keyboard.
