Turning on call waiting on Nexus 6p.

Looked under settings and there isn't a place to select.

open dialer, select settings, goto calls, call forwarding

Isn't call waiting usually a carrier-side feature? I think you'd have to check with your carrier to get it set up, though it's unusual for a cell plan to NOT have call waiting or 3-way calling these days.
