So I've seen two prime time (around 9PM) commercials in as many days on US TV for the Nexus 5X. Anyone seen a commercial spot for the 6P?
LG probably paid for them.
I seriously doubt that LG paid for them. Why would they? LG gets more profit for people buying the G4 when compare to the 5X. My guess is that Google is paying for the marketing and having the 5X be the everyone phone while the 6P is for power users.
Apparently this is the 6P commercial. Haven't seen one yet for the 5X or 6P. Probably not watching the channels where the ad(s) are airing.

I think the reason there have been 5X commercials and not 6P is that the the 6P is essentially sold out.
I think the reason there have been 5X commercials and not 6P is that the the 6P is essentially sold out. There are some 32GB 6Ps available, listed as shipping in 3-4 weeks, but all the others are sold out. Google might advertise the 6P in the future, but it is pointless to advertise if they don't have the phone available.
