Tv on Holiday

Hi Off to Lanzarote on Sunday and just wondering if there is a way of receiving UK tv on my Nex 7 via the hotels WiFi, I have had a look and would of course like a free method but more importantly a reliable one.

TV Catchup is pretty good, I'd go with that if you want freeview type stuff
