TV Out Functionality

I think I remember at launch that the fascinate was supposed to support "tv out" functionality with the froyo upgrade. Is that the case? If so, how would you take advantage of this?

I have seen this mentioned in other places and from what I remember this seems to be one of the bugs not working right now.
