That would be a neat add-on, but it would also be one of those features that I would probably never use. Just like the FM radio.

Nearly all Korean phones have tv tuners built into them instead of fm radio. There's about 6 channels available on it, plus some radio. I see people using it on buses and trains watching baseball or news. But my lack of Korean has made it a useless function for me.
The Korean s3 doesn't have it though...
